Art as a language of healing

As an Art Therapist specialising in palliative care and trauma, I bring a creative sanctuary to wherever it is needed most — from the quiet of a private practice to the active pulse of schools, care facilities, and immersive retreats. Working with children, adults, and the elderly, I provide a safe, non-verbal space to navigate anxiety, stress, and life’s most profound transitions.

My practice is deeply rooted in building resilience and facilitating legacy work. I use tailored methods and materials to ensure that every individual, regardless of their physical or cognitive state, can “make their mark.” By supporting not just the individual, but also the families, caregivers, and healthcare workers within these settings, I help foster a “circle of care” that honours every story and transforms life’s difficult times and events into a visual language of hope.
